EMDR INTENSIVES NOW AVAILABLE

An EMDR Intensive is a focused and accelerated therapy format designed to address specific issues using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Relational-Integrative Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (RI-EMDR) over a short, concentrated period of time. Unlike traditional therapy, which typically takes place in weekly sessions, an EMDR intensive consists of longer sessions (often several hours) scheduled over one or more consecutive days.

3 days and 2 nights accommodation in your own eco-cabin set in the beautiful Port Stephens area

(please note: all intensives are held in Port Stephens, NSW Australia)

  • 600 metres to a beautiful beach

  • Deliciously catered meals which include breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner

  • Accompanying workbook

  • 1 hour group sound healing session

  • 1 hour massage & 1 hour reiki session

  • 1 hour restorative yoga session

  • 2x 2 hour individual EMDR sessions & 2x 1.5 hours of group EMDR sessions with an Accredited EMDR Therapist (EMDRAA)

The intensive retreat will host just six participants, supported by three therapists, all of whom will be staying onsite throughout the program.
